Lindeman's pecheresse is a Lambic with sweet peach juice to make an incredibly drinkable beer. This style of beer originated when Belgian people were tired of bitter beer and to make a difference sugar syrup was added to the beer to make it sweeter. Eventually this lead to flavoured syrups and we have this delicious alcoholic jam in a bottle.

Since Jean Paul sold so well, the beer not the man, we have another tilquin but this time more to their core dogma. This is a three year old Lambic with 370g per litre of Lambic. Now typically you wouldn't want to drink the sediment in these bottles due to some dire effects however due to the amount of fruity flavour in the bottle some people do prefer to roll the fruited tilquins before drinking.

Kasteel rogue is an 8% cherry Belgian ale with punchy morello cherry flavours and a brilliant 500ml can. If it wasn't for the percentage I would have the water replaced with this in my taps.

A collection of 75cl bottles to share with a couple friends or for a single decedent evening.

Purple Nights from Swedish microbrewery rocket brewing is a 7.7% lilac sour beer filled with floral and sharp flavours to explore.

Tilquin Reinette etoilee is an apple fruited Lambic feented on 390g of apple per litre of Lambic and then left to condition in the bottle. Sitting at 6.8% and being bottled in 2023 the fruity flavours of this Lambic will be taking a side note and the funky Brett will be beginning to show.

De Ranke's 2024 hop harvest is a beer that begins brewing as soon as the hops are harvested. Using the fresh hop flowers gives this an extreme floral and bitter happiness I matched in other beers.

The easy answer to what I want to drink today.

A lovely sessionable 6% IPA from brining sky who honestly struggle to miss when they produce a beer and this is no different. Simco mossiac and some centennial hops create the smooths Nd well rounded flavour of this IPA.

Some funky fluid drops for you all. Now those of you familiar with funky fluid probably know them for their gelato range but this time around we have a gose and a base fruited sour to show they have some expansive expertise.

Gose together is a banana passion fruit and mango gose that is absolutely bursting with juiciness that will have you enjoying the flavours souch you forget it's 75.% 👀👀

Kompot is an interesting and fruity number made with strawberry redcurrant and rhubarb. This 4% sour is easy drinking and incredibly fruity perfect for a light and sunny drink.

An incredibly interesting export porter from the Kernel brewing. Being the massive beer nerds they are this isn't your average porter but instead on based off the recipes of two historically accurate recipes of India export porters sent to British servicemen in India. There was some tweak changing out the black malt with crystal so there is less of an ashy bitterness and adding some hops to round out the flavour. This all culminates in an incredibly drinkable and delicious porter.
