Hi everyone . . .

I just wanted you to all know what's going in the shop as I am aware some of you have been rasining questions.

So the owners have decided they want a change in direction of the business regarding management and personnel and so with a heavy heart . . . it is time for me to bid farewell to this chapter of my life and move on.

I just wanted you all to know it has been my absolute pleasure over the last 7 years managing this business since I returned into my new role and I have enjoyed all the challenges and rewards it has posed.

We apologise to all customers that could not access the shop between 5.15pm and 6.15pm today. Our staff member on shift required urgent medical assistance due to his ongoing health issues and we wish him a speedy recovery . . . and so with me being in a different part of Derby . . . it took me a while to get back due to traffic.

I will continue to review and assess the impact this has on operational issues and will update you accordingly.
