We would like to apologise for the removal of the cash machine.
Unfortunately, this was not our decision. The machine was owned and operated by an external company. While the machine had consistently exceeded the required number of transactions, the company continued to increase their targets to a level that eventually became unachievable.
As a result, they made the decision to remove the machine.
We were offered an alternative machine that would have required customers to pay a transaction fee, which we did not feel was fair and therefore chose not to proceed.
Banks are cutting back wherever they can, and unfortunately we are a victim of this.
We understand how convenient it was and share your disappointment at its removal.
