Jimpy and I are genuinely overwhelmed with the messages on our retirement, it has been a pleasure serving our customers over the last 20 years, there have been tears, hard work and a lot of happiness. We both have some really lovely friendships and memories to last a life time 99per cent good. Once again thank you to every customer who supported our family. Pastures new, happiness and health and will lead us on our way. X#########

Well what an exciting day for both Mum and Dad, especially as it is Mums 65th birthday.
Mum and Dad have officially retired and the sale was completed on the shop today, we wish the new owners every success as the shop has exciting times ahead.
This time Mum and Dad are not popping up anywhere else, this is the last journey on their working career they wish to thank all customers for their custom over the last twenty years between the shop and The Thistle. Time for them to enjoy holidays and venturing the holiday world lol

We will close at 1.30pm today and reopen Tuesday Morning at 9am. We are taking a well earned day off after the Christmas period to celebrate Mums 65th birthday tomorrow.
