Job opportunity at Clun Valley Foods - permanent or summer placement

Clun Valley Foods is looking for new team members to join us working in the food production area. If you are looking for a job for the summer or a permanent role, we are recruiting both.

Clun Valley Foods works with local and regional producers and suppliers to source high quality food products. We supply around 70 shops across Shropshire, Mid and North Wales and Herefordshire. We are a fast growing business with exciting plans in place.

Working Monday to Thursday, approx 30 hours per week with early start on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s, plus overtime.

An interest in good food is essential with previous experience in food production/ preparation advantageous.

Strong attention to detail particularly in food hygiene standard, food safety process, product presentation and accurate order fulfilment will be required.
Full training will be provided.

Part time driver position available immediately at Clun Valley Foods.
You will be delivering to retail shops like SPAR, Nisa, community shops and independent stores.
Initially on Friday’s with approx shift time 6.30am-4.30pm
Potential for permanent part time position.
Driving a van so no special licence required.
There is quite a bit of heavy lifting involved so need to be able to manage this.
Checking off orders with customers and collecting cash on delivery in some instances.
Must be happy to engage with customers and provide a good service.
