Hi Everyone,

Our lottery machine is currently down due to a new rollout by the National Lottery. They are switching from satellite connections to SIM-based routers. As all Colwyn Heights residents are aware, mobile coverage in our area is very poor. Unfortunately, the National Lottery has not taken this into account.

At the moment, they do not have any backup plans, but they are working on a solution.

It’s not just us—several other lottery retailers have also been affected.
This situation is beyond our control.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
