Are you a friendly, enthusiastic person who loves great food and wine? We're looking for a fantastic team member to join us at Barrica in the Park, nestled in the beautiful setting of Astley Hall, Coach House and Park, Chorley.

About Us
Barrica in the Park is your go-to destination for quality wines, spirits, ales, ciders, and locally sourced food and gifts. We pride ourselves on supporting Lancashire's talented producers and creatives while providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers to discover something special.

What We're Looking For:
*️⃣Must be over 21 (due to alcohol sales)
*️⃣A genuine people person with a friendly, approachable manner
*️⃣Knowledge of food and wine would be a real advantage
*️⃣Food handling experience preferred
*️⃣Flexibility is key – minimum 3 days per week with additional hours during events, holidays, and busy periods
*️⃣Willingness to work weekends and occasional later finishes

The Role Includes:
*️⃣Providing excellent customer service in our unique shop environment
*️⃣Cash handling and till operations
*️⃣Stock management and movement (some manual handling required)
*️⃣Food and drink preparation and serving in our garden area

If you're one of the lucky ones with tickets for August 17th, don't forget to pre-order your graze box - we won't be taking orders on the day.

Quick reminder: no own food or drink permitted.

But don't worry - our garden bar will be fully stocked and the shop will have plenty of delicious snacks to keep you happy!
