Picklers, Sam is back, which means you donā€™t have to listen to Tom waffle on this week!

And sheā€™s come back with a good one. Villa des Croix Pinot Noir 2020 from the South of France. Now the weather has turned a little cooler, a juicy red is exactly whatā€™s needed. Itā€™s fruit forward, easy drinking and delivers loads of flavour without a heavy alcohol content.

Available from Tuesday, by the glass or by the bottle.

Tom, meanwhile, has been sent back under the stairs!

Out with the South African, in with the German. Samā€™s gone Riesling.

The Raimund PrĆ¼m SolitƤr Trocken 2025 from the Mosel. Trocken means dry, and this one does it properly. Green apple, a bit of sherbet, ripe stone fruit and a clean mineral finish.

Ridiculously good with seafood. Ā£15.75 a bottle, in the bar from tomorrow or available in the shop to take home with a cheeky little discount!

Grab some of the Pinotage RosƩ while you can, because the next Wine of the Week lands tomorrow and will be ready to drink in the bar or at home from Tuesday.
