The evenings are getting lighter, the perfect time to enjoy our Friday evening event.

Join us for a warm and lively evening with Me & Em, playing a beautiful mix of classics from the ’60s to the ’00s. A little nostalgia, a little rhythm, and plenty of charm, just the way a Friday night should be.

Bordeaux Supper Club 🍽️ Meet our French Chef

We’re kicking off the first of our Supper Clubs with a menu straight from the heart of France, carefully put together by our French Chef, Christophe. It’s all about great food, good company and a relaxed evening of dining.

We’ll start with a selection of amuse-bouches before diving into a classic Tourin Blanchi, a traditional garlic soup. Then comes Crépinette & King Prawn, served with tomato and rosemary butter, followed by Gratton de Lormont, slow-cooked pork belly with crusty bread, gherkin relish, creamy mustard and garden peas.

A refreshing Trou Normand of apple granite and Cognac will cleanse the palate before the main course, Parmentier de Canard à la Bordelaise. Think rich, slow-cooked duck confit with smooth mash and a warming emmental Bordelaise sauce.

And to round off the evening, Tarte Tatin, a beautifully caramelised apple tart, served with crème fraîche and a little flambé finish.

Great food, a welcoming atmosphere and a chance to slow down and enjoy, this is the Tell Me Wine Supper Club, and we’d love for you to be part of it 🍷

Meet Fabien & Chris! 👋

From Paris to Montpellier and now Chepstow, Fabien and Chris bring a rich mix of experiences and passions. Fabien is a wine expert, reggae-loving drummer, and rugby fan, while Chris, a former wedding planner and gymnast, who has also trained as a trampoline judge! They love sharing their French culture and love for good food, wine, and music with the community, often joined by their daughter Jade, who’s in her final year studying Product Design at UWE.
