Another exciting release from the indie starlets at Thompson Bros - a full strength, first fill bourbon presentation of Torabhaig. This distillery is one of the shining lights of new wave Hebridean whisky showing coastal peat freshness and citrus zest, sea salted toffee and spicy oak.

Lots to catch up on in store after another busy week of stock building starting with Chapter 18 - the first whisky made in England to contain 18 year old spirit 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
I had the pleasure of sampling this anniversary bottling with recently and it features casks of various ages tracing the history of the distillery over the last 18 years from youngish to old spirit and a tiny proportion of peated whisky for complexity 🥃
Just 7500 bottles in the batch and if you're curious about the full 18 year old (every drop of whisky minimum 18 years) that will be available later this year at an RRP of... £3K...! Roll up roll up! 💰

Who knew Rosé Perry was a thing? Worcester Black 2024 from displays a very attractive and all natural blush get it while you can this is very limited indeed 🍐

Not many 3-and-a-half-year-old bin ends justify their own post but I had a sample bottle of this recently and it is drinking very well indeed. Premium Gamay still showing bucket loads of fruit and florals perfect for summer supping with a touch of class. If you get the flavour for this one let us know because our supplier has a mountain of the stuff and it's an absolute bargain! 🍷☀️
