One of our favourite days of the year!🚣‍♂️🚣‍♀️🚣❤️

Cawsand Regatta is always something special. Seeing the gig crews and pilot boats arrive, the beach packed with people, crystal-clear water and the whole village buzzing is what summer here is all about.

It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces today and meet plenty of new ones too. Thanks to everyone who stopped for an ice cream, coffee, fish & chips, or simply came over for a chat – it’s always appreciated.

A massive thank you to everyone who puts so much time and effort into organising the Regatta, and to all the crews who make the journey to Cawsand each year. You help make this such a special day for everyone.

Already looking forward to next year. ☀️🌊💙

Schools out for summer! ☀️🍦

What a brilliant first day of the school holidays! The village was buzzing and it was fantastic to see so many familiar faces.

Tara kept everything running smoothly in the kitchen with some seriously tasty sausage breakfast baps, while Ellie was busy perfecting her cappuccinos. ☕️👌

After a busy day, the team definitely earned an ice cream together before heading home.

As the sun goes down, we’re already looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who popped in today – we really appreciate your support. 💙

It was a pleasure to serve this fantastic fleet of visiting sailors and yachts…

With dozens of these classic yachts exploring Plymouth Sound and the Rame Peninsula, we’ve been busy helping keep crews powered up with fresh fish & chips, cold drinks and ice creams throughout the day.

Looking across the bay this afternoon, with the fleet at anchor and paddleboarders enjoying the calm water, it doesn’t get much better than a Cornish summer’s day in Cawsand. ☀️⚓

To everyone visiting by boat, paddleboard, kayak or on foot – thank you for supporting our little corner of the coast.

400 miles down… and still smiling! 👏🌊🥾

Massive respect to Mark & Hazel who stopped off with us in beautiful Cawsand while tackling the incredible South West Coast Path all the way from Minehead! 💪

With around 200 miles still to go, and having raised OVER £3000 for the amazing the adventure definitely isn’t over yet — but what an achievement already. Rain, hills, wind, tired legs and endless coastline… this path is no joke! 🌦️⛰️🌅

It was great hearing about the journey so far and we’re backing you both all the way to the finish line 🙌

A winter of hard work… and we’re ready 💪

Even though we’ve been open right through the winter, we’ve still found the time to keep pushing things forward at The Cove.

Fresh paint, improvements across the space, and plenty of jobs ticked off along the way. Early starts, late finishes, and making the most of any spare time — but it’s been worth it.

It’s all about keeping things moving and making the space better for everyone who walks through the door.
