A winter of hard work… and we’re ready 💪

Even though we’ve been open right through the winter, we’ve still found the time to keep pushing things forward at The Cove.

Fresh paint, improvements across the space, and plenty of jobs ticked off along the way. Early starts, late finishes, and making the most of any spare time — but it’s been worth it.

It’s all about keeping things moving and making the space better for everyone who walks through the door.

The double storm and heavy rain over the last few days have really taken their toll on the village.
We’re sad to see the damage caused to places like The Fisherman’s Rest and the slipway, and we know some homes and businesses in the community have also suffered flooding and disruption.

To anyone affected – we’re thinking of you and hoping recovery is quick and as stress-free as possible 💙

If anyone locally is struggling with damp or drying out, we do have a spare dehumidifier available to borrow, and if you need a break, a warm space, or just a good coffee, we’re always here to help where we can🤝

What an absolute treat on Cawsand Beach today! 🦭✨

We’ve been lucky enough to have a magnificent little visitor soaking up the vibes – a beautiful seal chilling out on the sand. Such an amazing reminder of how special our coastline is and how lucky we are to share it with wildlife like this.

If you’re down on the beach today, keep an eye out (and give them plenty of space) – moments like this make Cawsand even more magical! 🌊💙

We’ve got teams from all over coming together to celebrate tradition, competition, and community spirit in one of the most beautiful coastal spots in Cornwall. From the early morning row-outs to the final sprints, we know you’re all going to smash it today 💥.
