Please do not be offended when we ask for ID when collecting parcels

We are obliged to ask for ID unless we know you personally

We will happily accept a photograph on your phone of your Driving Licence or Passport - Failing that the terminal will tell us what we can accept when we scan the parcel.

Just because one member of staff knows you don’t presume you wont be asked for ID next time so PLEASE always bring something.

Its not personal its just us doing our job as required by EVRI
Thank you
