Beer of the Month: Corby Ale – 3.4% - Gluten Free of course
Corby Ale is our take on a proper traditional English bitter, and it’s becoming a quiet favourite amongst quite a few.
Brewed with Best Ale malt as the base, we’ve layered in speciality malts to bring a comforting depth of biscuity, toasted, and caramel notes, finishing with a lovely copper hue. Pilgrim hops give it a firm, balanced bitterness, while a dash of Celeia hops (a rarely used Slovenian variety) adds a delicate floral lift.
It’s rich, smooth, and easy-drinking, and best of all, it’s gluten free. A real nod to the classics, with a modern, inclusive twist.
