Throw away the measuring spoons, folks. 🥄🗑️

If you are still using a digital scale or a measuring spoon to portion out your daily masala, we need to have a serious talk. Real flavour doesn't come from a recipe book—it comes from pouring until the ancestors whisper "that is enough".

At Masala Bazaar, we stock the authentic, premium spices you need to make your dishes taste exactly like home.

👇 Tell us in the comments: Which spice do you ALWAYS measure with your heart instead of a spoon?

Grab your authentic, premium spices in-store today!

Ever wonder why restaurant food always tastes richer? Spoiler alert: it's not a secret recipe!

If your home-cooked curries are missing that deep, luxurious, restaurant-quality flavour, it is usually just two things you need to change in your routine.

✔️ Start swapping standard cooking oil for pure ghee.
✔️ Start blooming whole spices in hot oil before adding onions.

That's the big industry secret. Ghee adds a rich, nutty foundation that regular vegetable oil simply cannot touch, and toasting your spices unlocks their essential oils before the onions even hit the pan.

Upgrade your pantry today. Masala Bazaar has everything you need to cook like a head chef, including a massive selection of premium butter ghees.

👉 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐬 & 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬: Choose lamb leg cuts.

1️⃣ Wash and dry it completely.
2️⃣ Wrap the stems lightly in a dry paper towel.
