Château de Beaucastel Côtes du Rhône Coudoulet Blanc 2021

📍Southern Rhône valley between Orange and Avignon

🍇 30% Bourboulenc, 30% Marsanne, 30% Viognier and 10% Clairette

ℹ️ From a tiny vineyard of just 6 acres comes this legendary wine. Grapes are hand selected to ensure only the best fruit goes in to this wine, it is then aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.
On the palate you’ll find citrus fruit and pomelo combined with notes of white flowers, bergamot and lime blossom.

Hotel, restaurant and gastro pub, opening June 12th… just in time for Father’s Day🍷

Steeped in history and dating back to the 18th century, we’re so excited to start our journey of brining this iconic building back to its former glory. Bare with us, we’ll be refurbishing all areas of the pub, hotel and restaurant to the Martinez Group standards you’d expect at any of our other venues, but we hope you’ll be patient and join us for the journey.

We always talk about our wonderful wines here at Casa Martinez, so we thought it time we talked about what is in our deli fridge.
Queso de Murcia al Vino is a superb goats cheese from the province of Murcia in south east Spain and has Protected Designation of Origin status which means it can only be produced it that specific area.
It’s made from unpasteurised goats milk from Murcian breeds and whilst maturing is washed in local red wine to give it a distinctive red rind.
It can be eaten with beer or wine or use it as a wonderful addition to your cheese board.
Currently £7.99 for a generous 250g wedge
