Wildeberg Dye Bleeding Skin Contact Grenache Gris 2025

A seriously lovely little number from Wildeberg. Pale pink, bright and beautifully fresh, with Grenache Gris fermented on skins and matured in ceramic eggs for 7 months.

Think fresh strawberries, a touch of pithy grip and loads of energy, an orange/rosé crossover that’s incredibly clean and food-friendly.

We’ve tried it with BBQ pork rib eyes, Jersey Royals and asparagus and, frankly, it absolutely sang. 🔥

Perfect for a sunny evening, but even better with food.

The W**e Bar is open Thursday to Saturday night and Saturday from 1pm. Our menu has the w**e bar classics - cheese, charcuterie and antipasti boards, anchovies, sardines, chorizo but also an ever changing selection of hot weekly specials, usually main course sized.

We have over 35 w**es by the glass and choose any bottle from the shop and pay corkage.
