Today is a sad day as we bid farewell to Jamie Harrison after nearly 29 years of loyal service! Jamie has been a fabulous employee, a right hand man and of course a great friend. Hugely popular with all staff over the years and of course customers in the shop and more recently in the wine bar as well.
Jamie is taking early retirement. We wish him good luck for the future, though he will still be making the odd guest appearance!
Jamie started with us, a young man with a pony tail, black leather jacket and a white car with white wheels !!
That soon changed, along came marriage to Angharad (Harri) and then twin boys Alex and Seb.
A good palate, a good sense of humour and a great work ethic have made Jamie an invaluable member of NYWines, he is going to be sorely missed. Cheers Jamie! Thanks for everything.

Lux Levis Cinsault Vin de France 2024

We really like the Famille Fabre wines and, It’s delicious served slightly cool and was fantastic with a red Thai chicken Penang curry! No added sulphur and just 12.5% alcohol too. Get it while you can!
