It's hot... It's TOO hot... Is it too hot for beer?
Luckily, we've got a fix for that.

Our BrightCider is medium sweet, gently sparkling, and bursting with fresh, ripe, Devonshire apple character.
Picked and pressed from apples grown in our partner farmer's very own orchards, BrightCider is a unique blend made just for us.

Perfect for when the mercury rises, the pavements shimmer and it's too hot to do anything other than sip a cold, crisp, refreshing cider.

Our Dark Beer Boxes are chocked to the brim with Brightside's darkest delights.
The way these beers are already flying off the brewery racking proves that dark beer is a way of life and not just a tipple reserved for the colder months.
So, thoughtful us, we've thrown all our darker beers into one convenient sampling pack to save you all the time consuming clicking and 'add to basketing'!

Here's to those who prefer a maltier slice of life, and those who prefer a summer sundowner with a touch more depth.

REST DAY

I think we speak for the rest of the un-motivated masses when we urge you to "Have a day off!"

You've all been asking us when we'll be brewing some fresh dark beers again. Despite recent heatwaves and the sunniest May on record it seems Stout season is never really over.

Besides... the dark stuff never goes out of style.

This week we've seen the welcome return of one of our all time favourite dark beers.

Darkside Stout is Back!

Our jet black stout with roasty flavours of strong espresso coffee, dark chocolate, and more than a hint of smoke on the finish.

The early bird catches the Bitter.

Introducing:
EARLY DOORS 4% BITTER 🚪🍺

We Northerners take great pride and pleasure in our pubs, and when we have chance to get there sooner than expected, even more so! As with all good bitters, this coppery coloured session beer is built around a sturdy, rich malty core, with hops used to tighten up the palate, and freshen up the finish.
A beer brewed for drinking right through from early doors to last call. 🔔

After last week’s sinkhole debacle we thought we’d show some love to a few of the excellent venues up and down (and just off of) the now re-opened Bury New Road that runs it’s way through Prestwich.

Just down t’road from our brewery in Radcliffe, Prestwich has some beyond fantastic watering holes where you can sup on a pint or two of Brightside, all of which are well worth a visit.
