The Perfect Pinots for Autumn 🍂

From Burgundy to Casablanca & beyond! Good Pinot is a joy to drink all year round but for me the experience is elevated in Autumn. As the temperature starts to drop and the seasonal foods of squash, root vegetables, mushrooms and game become available, it all comes together nicely and creates the perfect context to enjoy Pinot. The concentration of fruit the variety offers with the forest floor/earthy notes along with the refreshing acidity and supple tannins make it my go to red variety for the Autumn.
