Ever wondered what goes into that first sip☕️

Extract Original starts its journey in the coffee-growing regions of Brazil and Honduras. This is where the cherries are carefully grown, harvested, processed and dried before making their way to Bristol.

The beans are then roasted on Bertha, which is a 120kg Probat coffee roaster, to create those delicious notes of chocolate cake, butterscotch & praline🍫✨

We then turn those beans into the perfect espresso with the recipe of 18g with a time of 25-30 seconds which lets those sweet notes come through.

From farm → to roastery → to our grinder → to your cup🤎

We are passionate about great food and drink..we are always developing new things to add to our menu as well as keeping an eye 👀 out for new products to put on the shelves.

Personally I've tried all of these and rate them all. It's a rainy bank holiday weekend, but don't waste it just sitting inside. We'd love to see you and make you a delicious drink.
