If you have Barista experience and you're looking for a Head Barista/Store Supervisor role in a Bristol start-up, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a new member of the team to lead the coffee side of the business and be involved in all aspects of running the store, underneath the current store manager.
BME stores brings great Coffee to the people of Paintworks and pride ourselves on bringing together local brands and products.
Being a small independent means that the role will require everything from stock-ordering, cleaning, store maintenance, social media, sourcing suppliers, corporate sales and more.
They key things we are looking for
- 2 years of documented coffee/barista experience
- High level of problem solving ability
- Ability to cover a wide range of tasks in a fast changing environment
- Creative with ideas for social media and attracting new business
The best parts of the role can be getting to know our regulars, bringing in novel products, pitching, then delivering ideas to help the business evolve, but you won't be alone. We are a small close team, focused on delivering great service and helping showcase the best of Bristol.
What will success in the role look like?
- Seeing a growth in sales

- Attaining new corporate clients in the Paintworks area.
You must have a right to work in the UK. This role is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
30 hour contract for £24,00 to £26,000, DOE. Hours looking to increase to 37.5 later in the year with good performance, with a pro-rata increase in salary. 32 days of holiday.
