At Native Vine, we love to celebrate the incredible producers we have right on our doorstep in Bristol and The Aperitivo Co are one of the best in town.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with them, The Aperitivo Co are committed to bringing a taste of European drinking culture to the UK, where the love for pre-dinner drinks is growing fast! Their vermouth and Liqueurs are made by a small in Bristol from some of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

What to expect:
- A refreshing welcome cocktail
- A guided tasting through all of The Aperitivo Co products
- A Venice spritz to enjoy during the session
- Expert insights into the world of vermouth and liqueur with Co-founder, Richard Tring

The wines of Austria have been a passion of ours at Native Vine for a long time now, so it seems only right that we should dedicate a night to focus on and share what we love.

We’ll be spending the next few weeks celebrating our time spent with the lovely people of the area (+ those who came to visit us from further afield) by pouring yet more delicious natural wine!
