Nothing beats the snap of a fresh cold one, and this stack from Pentrich is hitting all the right notes today. If you’re looking for peak vibrancy and that "just-packaged" aromatic punch, look no further.
The heavyweight of the group. This DIPA is a beacon of hazy goodness, swirling with notes of ripe stone fruit, mango, and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that masks the higher ABV dangerously well.
The Lineup:

Second Drummer Drowned (6.5% ABV)
A standout IPA that hits the palate with a rhythmic beat of citrus and tropical fruit. Expect a smooth, hazy body with a clean finish that keeps you coming back for the next "set."

By The Throat (6.5% ABV)
Don’t let the name scare you—this is all about bold, aggressive hop flavor. It’s a citrus-heavy IPA with a gripping profile of grapefruit zest and resinous pine. Intense, fresh, and unapologetic.

Lighthouse Dreamers (8.0% ABV)

Borealis | 6.8% New Zealand NEIPA

Collab: Bullhouse Brew Co & Cloudwater Brew Co

Vibe: A lush, hazy glow in a glass.
Tasting Notes: Overloaded with New Zealand hops (Citra, Motueka, Nectaron, and Nelson), this one is a tropical "fruit salad" in a can. Expect massive hits of ripe mango, tangerine, and peach. The weather may have soured but our selection of modern sours hasn't with a fresh delivery of Stoopid-ly good beers from , and many more theres plenty to choose from

Vault City – Stoopid (6.2%)
A tropical explosion in a can. This smoothie sour is packed with mango, passionfruit, and apricot, finished with a luscious, creamy coconut hit. Thicc, juicy, and brilliantly bold.

Vault City x Funky Fluid – Xtremely Stoopid (5.2%)
The ultimate liquid dessert. Expect punchy blackberry and raspberry flavours swirled into a vanilla cheesecake base. It’s thick, sweet, and unapologetically over the top.

Yonder – Peach Melba (5%)
A nostalgic nod to the classic dessert. It perfectly balances ripe peach and apricot with a tart raspberry zing and a soft vanilla finish. Summer in a glass.

Electric Bear – More Passion More Energy (4.5%)
Exactly what it says on the tin. This is a sharp, refreshing passionfruit sour that hits hard with a bright citrus snap before mellowing into those juicy tropical waves.

Well, here is a post that I hoped I'd never have to write.
Due to the downturn in spending at our shop, we have taken the very difficult decision to cease trading as of the end of June.

We haven't taken this decision lightly and have explored every possible option to keep the shop open, but the figures just don't add up.

We thank everyone who has supported us over the last 3 years, and appreciate the chance to have made new friends and acquaintances. Also, a chance to have brought you some awesome beers you may never have had a chance to try.

We will be trading right up to the 27th, so come in and say goodbye and stock your fridge before we are gone.

On the plus side, Dog's Window Brewery will continue to trade as normal, so keep an eye out for how you can still get hold of it.
