Hello to all our customers
This is a message to say that the problem we had on Tuesday , with the key payment has all been sorted.
Unfortunately my staff didn’t realise that the Lady had left and the Lady didn’t realise she hadn’t paid, as the key had been handed back to herself.
Overall a misunderstanding and I am sorry that I put the post up. I didn’t mean to cause any offence to the Lady and her family.
We are all human at the end of the day.
