New sweet and savoury goodies in from Kate Percival Nutritional Therapy

🍞- two types of foccacia
🧀 - sourdough courgette & cheddar / lemon & chamomile scones
🍞🍰 - banana / courgette loaf cake
🍪 - oat & raisin cookies

All the flour based products are sourdough btw.

We have tasted these and they are ALL delicious 😋

Firstly… did you know flaxseed and linseed is the same thing?

Secondly, someone (cough Jordana cough) might’ve bought too many on their bulk Suma Wholefoods order. We said we would take them on and sell as many as we could. We’ve sold 12 out of the 54 she gave us to sell on. And now they are ‘going off’ (in adverted commas, I mean really, a flaxseed / linseed going off 😂).

So here’s a recipe for a tasty gf sandwich bread (that I’ve made tens of times, which is delicious) so you can come buy some to help us out.

Another recommended recipe is for energy bites. Roll together rolled oats, peanut butter, honey and whole linseeds / flaxseeds, then chill until firm. You can substitute the peanut butter for other things, or add dried fruit, or other nuts and seeds.
