we are serving tasting samples of James’ favourite cocktail for the summer. If you like a refreshing a Campari spritz or a zesty beer this is for you!🍋

~ Fill a pint glass with cubed ice
~ 25 ml of Campari
~ 12.5 ml fresh lime juice
~ 12.5 ml sugar syrup
~ 125ml can of Fever Tree Blood Orange Soda
~ top with Peroni Capri
~ serve with lots of citrus fruit

New Wines are added on our Italian Aisle.

Romandiola Blanco
Crafted from Trebbiano grapes, Romandiola Blanco is a delightfully light and expressive white wine. It offers elegant notes of golden apple, quince, and macerated flowers, complemented by a zesty lift.
The palate is medium-structured, with vibrant acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish.
Pairing suggestions: Perfect with seafood, fresh cheeses, or roast chicken.

Romandiola Rosso
A refined blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, Romandiola Rosso is aged for 12–18 months in a mix of cement tanks and large French oak foudres.
The result is a wine with rich aromas of blackcurrant and red plum, layered with subtle spice and toasted oak.
It’s medium-bodied, with supple tannins, soft acidity, and a long, mineral-laced finish.
Pairing suggestions: Ideal with roasted meats, aged cheeses, or filet mignon.
