Garage Project
Wildflower: Blackberry
8.1% Fruited Sour
: 3.96

The latest release in our ongoing series of foraged flower and fruit beers. The concept is simple. Freshly foraged wild blackberry flowers are plunged into a light golden base wort creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the wild yeast present on flowers. The beer is then allowed to age and develop in oak wine barrels before being refermented on blackberry fruit. The result of this brewery outing is a delightfully tart, vibrant red sparkling beer busting with wild berry flavour.

Garage Project
Wildflower: Hopbine
6.8% Wild Flower
: 4.11

The latest release in our ongoing series of foraged flower ferments. For this brew, freshly harvested whole bines were plunged into a light golden base wort, creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the wild yeast present in the hops. The beer was then allowed to age and develop for a year in oak barrels before being infused with another dose of wet hops flown straight from the harvest. The result of this brewery outing is a complex yet clean citrus-like sour, bursting with a delightful fresh hop aroma.

Simple Things Fermentations
Smoked White
6.6% White Stout
: TBC

Tastes like a smoky Stout, looks like a Pale and drinks like an IPA. Mashing it right up! Brewed with green Arabica beans and cacao husks, imparting the cornerstones of Stout character into a smooth pale beer that incorporates both beech and oak smoked grains.

Sweet and smoky aromatics with big, fruity coffee notes broaden into a full spectrum that runs from the signature robust, burnt grain of roasted barley into velvety orange-citrus dark chocolate. Soft and smooth on the palate with a rich, creamy texture, moderate bitterness and subtle vanilla sweetness. There’s plenty going on, but with everything in its right place it drinks deliciously easily. Our Smoked White Stout is a carefully crafted melange of flavour that’s both familiar and unique.

To celebrate their 10th birthday, Brew York has brewed their most luxurious release to date — a limited-edition set of three barrel-aged bottled beers.

🍺 Rum & Bourbon BA Imperial Stout – 11.0% 🍺
Deep, velvety, and indulgent. Layers of dark chocolate and roasted espresso meet molasses sweetness from rum barrels, balanced by vanilla, oak, and caramel from bourbon casks.

🍺 Sauternes BA Golden Sour – 8.0% 🍺
Bright and elegant, with lively acidity and notes of honeyed stone fruit, citrus, and delicate oak. A refined sour with a crisp, dry finish.

🍺 Brandy & Bourbon BA Barley Wine – 13.0% 🍺
Rich and full-bodied, combining candied orange, toffee, and dried fruit with warming bourbon spice, vanilla, and oak. Smooth, complex, and celebratory.

Verdant Brewing Co
King Of May
10% Triple IPA
: TBC

Packed with so much Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, drink this beer and you may start to see visions of another world!

Our love affair with the icons of the Beat Generation continues. If you’ve been following us for a while, you know that across Marylou (Pale Ale), Neal Gets Things Done (IPA), and Allen (DIPA), we’ve used the exact same hop bill to show how a story can evolve, shift, and intensify.

But there was still one missing chapter. The ultimate poem. Enter King of May, a monumental 10% Triple IPA that serves as the grand finale to our Beat Gen series.
To honour the King, we loaded an incredibly soft, luscious grain bill with a staggering, saturated amount of our favourite Beat Gen trio: Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. We used the largest amount of T90 equivalent hops in the whirlpool we have ever done, combined with a massive 30 g/l dry hop.

Expect juicy notes of mango, passionfruit, and peach, complemented by hints of resinous pine and a solid dankness. It is big, loud, beautifully aromatic, and pushes our house style to its absolute limit.
