Aroma bursts with saturated citrus oils from Citra, layered with ripe nectarine and stone fruit from Peacharine. Nelson Sauvin contributes white grape, gooseberry, and a subtle vinous edge. Balanced bitterness and a soft mouthfeel carry the hop intensity through to a clean finish.

Breathe, sit back, relax and enjoy this vibrant and expressive Gold Top DIPA. Citra, Strata and Motueka make you cocktails on a beachfront; bright, punchy passionfruit and papaya is met with the distinctive acidity of freshly squeezed limes, and tamed with cooling, mouthwatering strawberry and watermelon. In the background; a whiff of something dank and herbaceous in the air, the scent of fresh basil leaves torn and dropped into marinara, and the gentle warmth of dried red chilli pepper. A delicate dosing of lactose cushions the hop intensity, rounds out the flavours with a touch of sweetness, and results in a textured and complex finish.

This freshly squeezed sour blends our mixed fermentation base beer with a tropical medley of Alphonso mango, juicy peach, guava, and zesty orange. It’s absolutely bursting with fruit, but still can’t legally be considered one of your 5 a day (we won’t make that mistake again...)
