STAFF WANTED!

We are looking for a sales assistant to work in our store on both the post office and main shop counter.

Standard duties will include serving customers, replenishing stock, stock rotation etc. As well as this you will also be required to work our post office counter which includes sending parcels, daily till declarations and dealing with cash withdrawals/deposits (all training will be given if required).

Experience working in a post office would be an advantage but not essential.

Due to licensing laws, we are looking for a hardworking, reliable person over the age of 18.

Wage and number of hours, to be discussed.

We are looking for a sales assistant/supervisor to work in our store on both the post office and main shop counter.

Standard duties will include serving customers, replenishing stock, stock rotation etc. other duties will include some opening and closing of the shop and preparing newspaper rounds ready for delivery. As well as this you will also be required to work our post office counter which includes sending parcels, daily till declarations and dealing with cash withdrawals/deposits (all training will be given if required).

Experience working in a post office would be an advantage but not essential.

Due to licensing laws, we are looking for a hardworking, reliable person over the age of 18.

Happy New Year to all our customers. As first full years go in ownership this year has been an absolute rollercoaster. We honestly couldn’t imagine the many struggles we’ve already had to face and overcome. There’s a big dark cloud over the parade at the moment and we are missing all our neighbours. However, we will keep fighting and we aren’t going anywhere any time soon!

Here’s to a successful 2026 🎉 we look forward to seeing you all tomorrow (Opening hours 7am-12pm) and over the coming year!
