‼️ Impromptu Soup Day ‼️

We’ve brought soup back early to our little cafe
today, what with Storm Austen blowing a hoolie 🌬️🍃 and another one on the way, it seemed like a soup sort of day 🥣👩🏻‍🍳

The soup is a thick Tomato & roasted pepper, served with crispy croutons and / or a Cheese scone 🍅🧀🍞🫑😋

Available today and maybe tomorrow 😊

Still going strong down here at our community shop, with a steady stream of apples being turned into scrumptious juice 🧃🍎😋

Conrad and Sophie and their volunteers will be here all afternoon so feel free to join in if you have apples needing juicing 😊🍏
Or just pop in for some apple-related food and drink (non apple-related food available too 😁)

🍎🍏 Apple-pressing Day 🍎🍏!!

Tomorrow - Saturday 17th here at the Pavillion stores and cafe 10-4pm. 😁🤗

Conrad and Sophie are dusting off the press and will be scattering, pulping and pressing once again 🍎🧃🍎🧃🍎🧃
So don’t miss this opportunity- gather your apples up and come and have them turned into lovely juice (bring some containers if you can).
🪣🍎🍏🪣🍎🍏
Don’t worry if you have no apples; it looks like there’ll be juice to spare, possibly for a donation.

To celebrate we’re giving 10% off on 6 bottles of c***r, which you could enjoy with Besshill’s Pork and apple sausages just for this weekend 🍺🌭

As usual they’ll be loads of tasty apple themed goodies to eat in the cafe, such as -
🍏Caramel apple cake,
🍎Gluten-free Apple and almond cake
🍏Vegan apple crumble scones (blatantly copied from the national trust 🤭)
As well as all the usual suspects and a special Savoury cheese tea (served with, you guessed it, apple jelly) 🧀 🍎😋
All topped-off with a glass of hot apple juice served with (or without) a “Shniffels shot!” (if you know, you know 😀😜)

Here’s to all out wonderful customers! 👏👏

It’s so nice to have customers who understand what we’re about and want to support us in our community venture 🧡🌻

We hear so many lovely comments from people passing by, along the lines of “well, I never expected it to be so good” and “I wish we had a shop like this where I live” which are totally heart-warming and mean so much to us 🧡😊

So, from those passing-by who are blown away by the choice and quality, to the locals continuing to support their community - a massive thank you to you all! 👏🌺🥰

2 of our wonderful volunteers, Esther and Becky, recently took part in a Mission Unbreakable charity event raising money for the North Devon Hospice. It was a tough challenge but they were amazing and we are really proud of them! Well done ladies! 👏👏👏

🚨New product alert! 🚨 fresh in we have strawberries and cream flavoured milk from Tom Parker Creamery. Made using British free range whole milk and natural ingredients I must say it really is delicious 😋😋 now stocked in our chiller next to the regular milk
