Happy Saturday everybody!

It may be a bit showery today but we've got some delicious refreshments being served while you spend some time with your friends in your favourite local bottle shop and tap (that's us, by the way 😂)

Delicious brews from Weekend Project (Knutsford, Cheshire), Pomona Island (Manchester), New Invention Brewery (Birmingham), Azvex (Liverpool), Wilde Child (Leeds) and of course our staple Lager - Paulaner - imported from Munich, Germany (not brewed in Burton on Trent and badged as German 😉

SWIFTLY - 5.2% DDH IPA
A juicy, hazy DDH Pale Ale bursting with tropical citrus notes, bright lime zest, and fresh berry aromas, showcasing vibrant Motueka, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. Balanced, refreshing, intensely aromatic.

We specialise in getting new beers in every week + some re-brews but a lot are exclusive limited-time offerings.

These collabs from two of our favourite breweries dropped yesterday - Verdant Brewing Co - Brewery & Taproom x Track Brewing Co.'s Flux duo: two beers using the same hops, which couldn’t feel more different once you dive in.

Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and the super-exciting NZH-101 feature. Each beer uses them at the same 80:10:10 dry-hop ratio, but the star player shifts each time. Phase 1 is a 5.2% Nelson-heavy Pale Ale whilst Phase 2 is a 6.5% Nectaron-driven IPA.

Are you thinking about this weekend's bank holiday plans, yet?

Well, make sure you factor a trip into your favourite independent micro bar & bottle shop where we’ll be pouring this year’s Operation Mayfly beer from Nottingham's Neon Raptor Brewing Co.

Every May, since 2019, this 5% hazy pale beer has been simultaneously launched across selected pubs, bars and bottle shops. Whilst the hop profile may vary year to year, the mission remains the same: make it a great beer that’s accessible for everyone.

It’ll be on one of our 6 taps from noon on Friday then when it’s gone, it’s gone!

We’re all set up at The view cafe today where we’ll be until 5pm so come on down and enjoy some of our draught beer & Mango Cider on draught :)

And then we’re doing a private event so you may see a couple of new faces in Mapplewell tonight to make sure that the drinks still flow on this gloriously sunny day!
