Made from 100% Chardonnay and deep golden in colour, this elegant English sparkling wine shows the benefit of extended lees aging. Rich and well-rounded on the palate, it captures mature, toasty complexity alongside fresh orchard fruit and vibrant acidity. A beautifully balanced expression, offering depth, finesse, and a long, satisfying finish.
