Some amazing beers have just dropped, and we've got them straight into our fridge! We have a couple of sours from Vault City and Rivington, along with a box full of dark beers, stouts, and black lagers from Holy Goat Brewing, Sureshot Brewery, and Northern Monk, to name a few.

Cloudwater brings us Stratera Rerum, a veritable hop medley of an IPA. Lemondrop Hill by Wiper and True is a 4% gluten-free pale ale, and we’ve got four new Bavarian lagers for you to try from Ayinger, Augustiner-Bräu, Herzoglich Bayerisches Brauhaus, and Schlenkerla Brewery—first mentioned as the "House of the Blue Lion" in 1405.

Pop into the taproom to try them or take some away to enjoy in the sunshine!

This is our 1st India Whiskey - Indri Trini Three Wood

As you might have guessed from the name, three casks helped create this cracker, first-fill bourbon, ex-French Wine, and Pedro Ximénez sherry, a complex blend. But aided by maturation in an extreme climate on the foothills of the Himalayas, each does its bit, bringing its signature flavour to the fore.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose Tinned peaches, golden syrup, aromatic oak, and baking spice.

Palate Creamy and fruity, with pineapple, apricot yogurt, and lychee among nutmeg and toasted almonds.

Finish Tropical fruit and caramel lingers with pepper and cinnamon.

Our Award winning Forest London Gin is distilled by our family in the heart of the Macclesfield Forest. Made in batches of 85 bottles at a time each bottle containing only the finest botanicals and water from our distillery spring. Each bottle contains these key elements:

SOURCED
Organic Juniper Berries
Organic Coriander Seeds
Superior quality Vanilla pods, Liquorice root, Angelica and others

FORAGED
Wild Bilberries, Raspberries & Blackberries
Peak District Moss & Ferns
A sprinkling of wild flowers, spruce & pine

WATER
The softest Forest Spring Water
From our distillery spring 1,200 ft above sea level
An ancient spring in the Peak District
Blended to 42% abv

These ingredients are ground by hand using a pestle & mortar, before being distilled by us here in Cheshire. The alcohol vapour and the flavoursome oils from the botanicals reach our copper condenser, where they are immediately cooled. This fragrant spirit is then blended with our spring water to create unfiltered London Dry Gin of the very highest quality.

Nose: Fresh, green, forest pines

Palette: Initial hit of juniper, with fresh ferns and sweet berries

Finish: Long, deep and earthy from the Peak District moss.

The Lustau edition from Redbreast highlights the use of sherry casks on the Irish spirit. This was finished in first-fill oloroso-sherry butts for a year, resulting in a creamy whisky with notes of liquorice, marzipan and dark fruits.

Nose
Rich infusion of dark fruits, prunes, dates and figs with liquorice, marzipan, toasted oak and Redbreast spices

Taste
Creamy pot still with Redbreast spices balanced with richness of sherry finish and contribution of fresh Spanish oak.

Finish
Endless. Sweetness and pot-still spices endure while oloroso sherry and Spanish oak have the last word.

A Whole Lot of Faith from Northern Monk is the big DIPA that you've been waiting for, a bigger Faith. Even more Faith, absolutely shed loads of Faith, BIG Faith, Faith 💯... The biggest and best version of Faith they could possibly make.

Triple dry hopped, 8.4% double IPA with Citra, Mosaic and Columbus, putting it in every nook and cranny of this beer they could find. A Whole Lot of Faith was born.
