We've got the Iron Brew from in our fridges waiting for you!!

There are many things Scotland has given to the world but perhaps the most iconic is Iron Brew.

The bold colour and unique flavour evoke a sense of national pride that’s otherwise only found when talking about our tap water. It’s timeless, like a pint at the airport.

In cans and on tap!! Come on down before this new collaboration runs out.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 & 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 (IPA 6.5% // in collaboration with  )

As the name (might, maybe, possibly) suggests, this beer shines a lovely bright yellow, is dense to look at, with tropical hedgerow aromatics overflowing from the glass and will take your mouth on a tangerine-tinted flavour road trip. It sure gets the mighty double thumbs up from us and Rivington!

Solar Tomb 5.3%
Golden sour with pineapple & passionfruit

The second of four new releases available from Monday.

This blended golden sour beer was fermented with our ultra-tropical Brettanomyces house cultures, and conditioned 220g/l of pineapple and passionfruit puree for one month. Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats this super juicy base beer provided flavours of mango, passionfruit and tinned pineapple which were further intensified with the fruit additions.

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.

Framboise style sour with Scottish Tayberries

The first of four new beers available from Tuesday.

Inspired by the Belgian Framboise style, we refermented our base golden sour beer on 250g/l Scottish Tayberries harvested within 12 miles of the brewery. Tayberries are a cross between raspberries and blackberries, named after the River Tay, which runs through our home of Dundee, where these berries were first bred.

Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats. Fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured with our house culture. Whilst a framboise style is traditionally brewed with raspberries, we decided to use our local tayberries to showcase their intense raspberry character, vibrant pinkish red hue and huge aroma.

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.

We've some new bottles in from

Goatfire 6.9%
BA Flanders Red with cherries, strawberries and almonds

The last of our four new releases available from Tuesday.

Inspired by Flanders Reds of old, Goatfire is a blended sour red ale combining 80% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer aged in steel, with around 20% ‘mature’ stock beer aged in freshly emptied Glen Moray whisky casks for one year. The combination of old and young beers has produced a complex sweet and sour flavour profile with a subtle oak character.

This blended base was refermented on a combination of 220g/l locally grown Scottish strawberries and second use Morello cherries from Kent. We also added almonds to provide additional aromatics and deepen the natural almond flavour from cherry pits.

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.

Isn't this Religious DDH IPA. Ah yes, the eternal battle between DDH IPAs with Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Citra Hyperboost and Ekuanot and evil, saints and sinners.... but you’re still not having any FUN!

Steady Rolling Man from . "Our pale ale. Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old-time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the Steady Rolling Man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale."

Shades of Green from is an IPA that bursts with Citra, Krush, and Motueka hops. Painting a vibrant canvas of tropical fruit and citrus groves. Bold yet balanced at 6.5%, this lush, liquid tapestry lets us weave together another combination of the worlds fantastic hops available to us.
