Rosie's Bakes Ltd are thrilled to be launching some of our delicious bread products into Iceland Foods Northern Ireland, who have 35 Iceland stores and 2 Food Warehouses throughout Northern Ireland come June!

Our delicious Finger Rolls, White and Brown Sub rolls and Fruit Bracks will all adorn the shelves from June 3rd! Our super soft Subs and finger rolls will be right in time for summer lunches, picnics and BBQ's and our Fruit Brack generously filled with cherries and sultana's and a dark glossy crust is a delicious teatime treat!

Our Technical Manager Derek Preston and Ann from our technical team at Rosie's Bakes were refreshing knowledge this week at Cafre (College of Agriculture, Food & Rural Enterprise) at the Exploring Food Vulnerability course, with information on TACCP, VACCP and Food Defence and how to implement best practices within our business.

So important to stay current with regulations, training and new developments in this fast paced industry. Well done team!
