My English lager has fully fermented out in just 7 days thanks to the Blitz Lager yeast. Smells great and a great colour. After dry-hopping for the next few days I will lager for 4-6 weeks at 3 deg C to hopefully clear it a little and give it the crisp finish it deserves. 🍻

Yesterday I found some time to brew again. Using up some whole leaf hops to create an English Lager, I’m using a fast fermenting yeast at pressure to speed up the process. I will dry hop in the next few days with Pacific Sunrise for a light, hoppy lager in time for the warmer weather 🍻🌤️

Last night I enjoyed a family meal with a Landbier rustic lager. Made with regenerative grown grains this beer is giving back to the land. Plumage Archer heritage barley and YQ population Wheat brewed with the water at Lower Westcombe Farm makes for a delicious delicate lager which was a great pairing for the Mexican tacos and tortillas.
