September is Su***de Awareness Month, and here at Toome FC, we want to take a moment to remind everyone in our community that you are not alone.

Over the years, many families, friends and members of our community have been affected by su***de. We recognise the hurt, the loss and the impact it can have on so many people.

As a club, we want you to know that Toome FC is here for you.

We are a group of men who believe in looking out for one another. We can talk openly, without judgement, and sometimes, simply having someone there to listen can make all the difference.

So if you’re struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or just not feeling yourself — please reach out. You don’t have to have the right words, and you don’t have to face things on your own.
