Cyber Incident Update

Due to ongoing issues with a recent cyber leak/attack, we will not be receiving any delivery tomorrow.
Team Grasmere apologies for this, however, this is a depot issue and not just our store.

UPDATE. we are now open and light are back on. Thank you for your patience.

We are really sorry but once again we have no lights in the shop floor, so are unable to open. We will be back with you as soon as possible.

Can the member of the local community who is having parcels delivered privately to our store, please stop. We are not insured for you parcels and we have returned them. We only accept amazon and dpd hub parcels. Thank you for your support in this matter as anything delivered this way will be returned.

Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash payments at the moment. So card payments only.
