Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bottled-in-Bond is crafted from a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% wheat and 12% barley – replacing the more commonly used rye to achieve a notably soft, smooth profile. Distilled, aged and bottled entirely on-site, it spends a minimum of six years in Missouri white oak before being released at 50% ABV. Expect creamy toffee, toasted oak and dried berries, with a warming finish of woody spice, sweet prunes and redcurrants. Rickhouse Proof is a bold, cask-strength bourbon, drawn from barrels matured in different parts of the rickhouse. Layers of spiced vanilla, black cherry and a subtle smokiness lead to a long, complex finish.

This outstanding Stalla Dhu Sterling Reserve release from the iconic Glendronach distillery is a true celebration of craftsmanship and heritage. Distilled in 2003 and aged for 21 years in a sherry hogshead, it has developed deep, complex flavours and is bottled at cask strength (46.2%) for a pure, unfiltered experience.
