The West Tampa To***co Company Co. Barbershop Straight Razor is a box-pressed 5 x 52 robusto with a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over all-Nicaraguan to***cos. It’s medium to full-bodied and rolled at Garmendia Ci**rs in Estelí. Expect 45 to 60 minutes of smooth, flavorful smoke.

The Barbershop line was created by master blender Rick Rodriguez, who started West Tampa To***co Co. in 2022 with Gus Martinez. It’s a tribute to the neighborhood barbershop, where people come together for stories, debates and good company. These are ci**rs rolled to be smoked, talked about and enjoyed.

Today is a reminder that not every battle is visible, and sometimes the strongest people are fighting battles nobody knows about.

Life throws challenges at us all. I've certainly had my fair share, and one thing I've learned is just how important family, friends, kindness and support really are.

We all need a little time for ourselves, but more importantly, we need to look out for one another.
A simple message, a phone call, or asking someone "Are you really OK?" can mean more than you realise.

One thousand and one nights. One very good reason to stay up for all of them. The CLE Asylum 13 Arabian Nights Robusto is now at Buster Ci**rs. 🔥

Christian Eiroa took inspiration from the legendary Middle Eastern folk tales for both the blend and the packaging, and it shows. It’s a dark, oily maduro wrapper wrapped around a medium-to-full-bodied smoke, made at the CLE factory in Honduras.

What’s inside? Eiroa’s keeping the exact to***cos under wraps. The word on the street is rich earth, espresso, dark cocoa and a little spice. 🍫☕

Karen Berger Ci**rs has spent years honoring the legacy of her late husband, Henry “Kiki” Berger, building a brand rooted in tradition and Nicaraguan craftsmanship. Ixtelli marks the brand’s first all-Nicaraguan puro, and its name pays tribute to that heritage, drawn from indigenous words meaning “eye over the valley,” a nod to Estelí, the to***co capital of Nicaragua.

The blend: a silky Habano Criollo wrapper, Habano binder grown in Jalapa, and filler to***co grown right on Karen Berger’s own Estelí farm. Medium-bodied with rich earth, lively spice, and a creamy, sweet finish, all handmade at the Estelí Ci**rs S.A. factory.

Fresh into our humidors, the newest release from one of the most decorated names in premium ci**rs. Founded by Cuban-born master blender Don José “Pepín” García, **rs has built a legacy on bold, meticulously crafted blends that have earned multiple Cigar of the Year honors from the industry’s toughest critics.

My Father Blue marks a new chapter for the brand, the first release made with estate-grown to***co from the García family’s own Finca La Opulencia farm in Honduras. This Robusto delivers an earthy, medium-to-full-bodied profile layered with cocoa, cedar, and a whisper of natural sweetness, all wrapped in a beautiful Connecticut Broadleaf Rosado leaf.

AVO Expresivo Robusto, a first for the house.

For over three decades, AVO built its name on Dominican to***co. Expresivo breaks from that lineage, the first line in the brand’s history rolled in Honduras. It is not a departure so much as an expansion, Avo Uvezian’s pursuit of refinement, carried into new terroir.

The blend draws from three regions. Jalapa brings floral lift and a quiet sweetness. Condega offers roasted depth and structural balance. The Jamastrán Valley in Honduras supplies the backbone, earth, spice, and strength. An Ecuadorian wrapper holds it all together, silky and understated.

The smoke opens on dark chocolate and roasted nuts, settles into leather and cedar, and closes on spice and dried fruit. Forty-five minutes, unhurried.

Two wrappers, one cigar. The Barber Pole Petit Corona spirals Connecticut and Maduro leaf together, the Connecticut bringing cream and gentle sweetness, the Maduro adding richness and depth. Underneath, Nicaraguan and Honduran to***cos round it out with cedar, cocoa and a touch of pepper.

At 4” x 42, it’s a twenty-to-forty-minute smoke. Coffee break material, or something for the end of the evening.

Just landed in our humidors: My Father Blue Robusto.

The first cigar built entirely within the García family’s new Honduran factory, using to***co grown on their own soil. In 2022 the family acquired more than 800 acres in Honduras and established Finca La Opulencia, their first farm outside Nicaragua. Blue is the result: a Connecticut Broadleaf Rosado wrapper over Honduran-grown Criollo and Corojo binder and filler, in a 5¼ x 52 vitola.

Medium to full-bodied, with cocoa, cedar, and a quiet sweetness beneath. Don José “Pepín” García built My Father’s reputation on Cuban-style precision, Blue marks the next chapter of that legacy, grown on land the family can finally call their own.
