About one month ago, we were lucky to be invited by to share the “Cochelet” in Bouzy! This gathering celebrates the end of harvest and is the time when new wine professionals are inducted into the “Confrérie des vins de Bouzy”.
Such a nice event, with of course a great selection of champagnes and wines made by growers from this prestigious Grand Cru village.

🍇Harvest in Champagne are almost over 🔚
While many growers have finished their harvest, we can still see some pickers in the northern vineyards of Champagne, and most will have finished their harvest by the end of the week.
From the first look, it seems 2025 will be a good year, with nice quality, but a lower yield than expected in some areas. Only the future will tell how good this year wines will be 🍾

🍾 COMING VERY SOON 🔜
Yesterday, we were lucky to discover the cellars of Champagne Thienot, before the official opening to the public.
They are located in the heart of Reims city center, right underneath the future luxury boutique hotel “Le 3”.
The cellars tours will be starting by the end of September, while the boutique hotel, spa, champagne bar and reception levels will be delivered by the end of 2025.
We can’t wait to see the works finished and we already know it will be a future hotspot for visitors looking for an upscale experience!
