Marseille Wine Club Event: Tuesday, February 3rd @ Rive Sud Vins
Discover and Taste South African Wines with Myles
- Join us on Tuesday, February 3rd – 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM, Rive Sud Vins, 10 Rue de la Tour, Marseille 13001
- Tasting of seven fine South African wines Accompanied by Provençal cheese
and charcuterie, and a glass of sparkling wine to start

For hundreds of years France has greatly influenced South African winemaking, but in the last twenty years, some of that influence has begun to flow the other way.
Come and explore with us some notable wines of a country uniquely bridging the styles of both ‘New’ and ‘Old’ worlds, and taste why South African wines inspire such passionate chatter from the wine trade.
We will taste the following wines, accompanied by a selection of fine French cheeses from La Meulerie, and a glass of sparkling wine:
- ‘Free Run’ Chenin Blanc, MAN, Cape Coast 2024 (€14) – Paired with a French Chenin Blanc to highlight the differences in style and terroir.
