To celebrate our 120th anniversary, we collaborated with , a French bartender based in Australia, who created an exclusive cocktail that reflects our story: rooted in tradition, yet open to the world. 🌍

Odyssée is a sensory journey inspired by Arthur’s departure to Australia. 🦘 This cocktail symbolizes the meeting of saline and botanical notes from Australia with the Charentais terroir, carried by the roundness of cognac. 🥃

Recipe :
- 4,5 cl VS Tre Kors cognac
- 2 cl fresh orange juice
- 2 cl honey & saltbush syrup (a plant native to Western Australia)
- 2 dashes saline solution

✨ A cocktail tribute to the spirit of Charente: the BG Lemonade 🍋

To celebrate the 120th anniversary of our House, Scott Bar Agency created a unique cocktail, inspired by both our terroir and an American classic.

The starting point? Our American Oak cognac, partially aged in Tennessee oak barrels. A choice that naturally evokes the icon of that state : bourbon and the simple way to enjoy it as a lemonade.

As a nod to this global reference, while honoring the Charentais craftsmanship, here comes the BG Lemonade, a fresh and elegant reinterpretation.

🥃 Recipe:
– 4 cl of our American Oak Cognac
– 2 cl of triple sec (ideally made with cognac)
– 3 cl of Charentais verjuice
– 10 cl of artisanal lemonade

You can enjoy this cocktail at Thalazur Royan throughout the summer season. 🌞
