Same vineyard. Different grapes. (Usually) different timing. 🍇

Different grape varieties normally reach their moment at different times. This harvest, however, many of them were ready unusually close together.

And now things are looking a little lighter: the white grapes have arrived.

Another variety, another part of harvest — and another journey through the bodega begins.

100% Syrah. Dark, spicy and full of character.

So del Xiprer
Merlot, Callet, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. A different expression of our vineyard in every glass.

Both made here in Pollença.
