Two of our new additions to CAV. Distribution are Cueva Nueva and Vinestar. Both are new projects started by young people in Catalonia. They are incredible when drunk alone but something magic happens when you combine them. Introducing, The Spanish Fizz. Salut!

Wine for all and for all occasions. At CAV. we have spent time sourcing wines at all price points and for all occasions. We believe that wines sold by the glass will be pourable the next day and will be approachable both in style and price point. That’s why we have partnered with to source 4 wineries in the mainland that make honest low intervention wines at great prices. These wines work super well btg (by the glass) and are made using organic fruit with the only addition being small amount of sulfur prior to bottling. If you’re looking for btg options we’ve got you!

Vino para todos y para cualquier ocasión. En CAV, hemos dedicado tiempo a seleccionar vinos para todos los presupuestos y para cualquier momento. Creemos que los vinos que se venden por copa deben mantenerse bien de un día para otro y ser accesibles tanto en estilo como en precio.

Por eso, nos hemos asociado con para seleccionar 4 bodegas en la península que elaboran vinos honestos, de baja intervención y a precios muy competitivos. Estos vinos funcionan de maravilla por copa y están hechos con uvas ecológicas, con la única adición de una pequeña cantidad de azufre antes del embotellado.

From the start we always wanted to work with the legendary Finca Parera. These wines have been in our lives for over half a decade and we are beyond honoured to get to spread them across Mallorca. These wines are made in the vineyard and their focus on biodiversity is unmatched. A new pallet is arriving to Mallorca any minute, just in time for summer. Cheers!

Desde el principio, siempre quisimos trabajar con la legendaria Finca Parera. Estos vinos han estado en nuestras vidas durante más de medio decenio y es un enorme honor poder compartirlos por toda Mallorca. Son vinos que se hacen en la viña, con un enfoque en la biodiversidad que no tiene comparación. Un nuevo palé está a punto de llegar a Mallorca, justo a tiempo para el verano. Salud!

The next episode! We may have closed our little location in old town but we haven’t gone anywhere. This winter we have been working hard, focusing on the next chapter for CAV. - CAV. WINE SOLUTIONS - an importer and distributor of wines to the Balearic islands, from the mainland of Spain. We have been doing this behind the scenes for over 4 years but now it is time to grow. We work with some amazing producers and clients alike, and love spreading these small production, low-intervention wines to all. Our new warehouse will be available to visit by appointment, to buy wine and taste . So watch this space and if you have a restaurant or bar and would like a wholesale pricelist send us a DM. Cheers! This Saturday, we celebrate our third birthday which will also be our last day of trade at our cozy little shop on c/ de la Gerreria.

When we opened three years ago, we dreamed of running a wine shop. But you turned CAV. into something so much bigger - a daytime hangout, Thursday night block parties, and a buzzing hub for community and connection, and for that, we are eternally thankful. Having said this, we’ve reached the limits of what our license and this space can support.

While this chapter closes with bittersweet tears, it’s also an opportunity for CAV. to evolve!

📦Online shop + subscriptions: We’re still here for all your natty wine needs through our online shop and monthly CAV. Club subscription service that delivers straight to you. DM us for suggestions, we always want to talk wine.

🍷Pop-ups + events: Stay tuned for the continuation of bar nights, Christmas pop-ups, and plenty more IRL surprises.

🏨CAV. Distribution: We’re excited to double down on CAV. Distribution, bringing natural wine to even more restaurants and bars across Mallorca. Keep an eye out for our wines at your favorite local spots, from Mercat Tramuntana to Bar la Sang.

JUGO VINS NOUVEAU Tease

As we do every year, we’ve made a Mallorquin nouveau called Soft Wash, launching this Thursday, November 21st—the same third Thursday of November when the world celebrates the new vintage of Beaujolais.

We’ll be opening bottles of Soft Wash all day and, of course, pouring some classic French wines too. Each bottle is unique—hand-bottled, hand-labeled, and featuring a hand-painted design by our man, Magnus Reid.

12 PM – 8 PM at CAV. No reservations. Walk-ins and wage tails welcome.

Bottles and projects we just love. Ariadna and Ricard are two of those people whose passion is contagious. They chose to buy a vineyard instead of an apartment to chase their dream of creating some of the region’s most exciting sparkling wines. Both under 30 and already making waves, we love their wines just as they are—and can’t help but be excited for what’s still to come.
