We want to address customer's concerns regarding phantom Amazon deliveries to Todo Express lately. Unfortunatley, in recent weeks we have had a number of new, inexperienced and under-trained Amazon personnel deliver to us. You will often receive messages from them and other couriers stating that your package has been delivered to Todo Express, when clearly it hasn't. We don't accept any deliveries at 10PM. Please remember that the only email notification that counts is the one you receive from Todo Express. If you haven't received an email from us, we do not have your parcel at the shop despite what any other communication may tell you. We recently submitted a complaint at the highest level regarding Amazon's poor performance and we will continue to pursue this until improvements are made. In the meantime, please wait until you receive an email notification from us before you visit the shop to collect your items so that you avoid potentially wasted journeys. All the parcels that Amazon told you arrived at the shop last night actually arrived with us at 9AM this morning and each customer received our usual email notification at that time.

We're delighted to support the event in aid of Jose Miguel (La Esquina de Miguel) to assist his recovery from recent illness. Tickets for "La Noche de Miguel Fundraiser" can be purchased from Todo Express. We're sure you'll enjoy a great evening whilst providing Miguel with much needed help. Alternatively, if you can't make the event, you can leave a donation with us. All proceeds will go towards Miguel's recovery.
