🌟 A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE CORNER SHOP, ALBOX – AND TO ALL THEIR WONDERFUL STAFF AND CUSTOMERS 🌟

We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team at The Corner Shop in Albox, and to every single one of their customers who continues to support us through this generous local business.

Their latest donation of €1,410 brings their total support for Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre to a breathtaking €55,373 – an extraordinary contribution that leaves us deeply moved and eternally grateful.

In a world where costs are rising for everyone, this kind of long-term, consistent support is nothing short of heroic.

While we do receive a modest €8,000 annually from the local authority, the reality is that we rely almost entirely on voluntary contributions to survive – from compassionate individuals, community champions, and small businesses like The Corner Shop.

Thanks to their donations, we are able to continue rescuing, rehabilitating and providing lifelong care for more than 120 horses, ponies, and donkeys, many of whom arrived here having endured neglect, abuse or abandonment.

We would like to offer our deepest thanks in particular to Cheryl and Jean, whose commitment and kindness are behind so much of this support, and to all the staff and customers who have made these extraordinary donations possible. You are all part of our rescue family, and the animals are here today because of people like you.
