Boutique is Closed today
As Rødder & Vin] is touring the vineyards of Alsace & Auvergne. Visiting new & old friends.
Boutique & Bar are open as usual again tomorrow Wednesday 13:00-23:00.

Crossing Borders
A stunning wine crossing many borders in terms of categories. Being a macerated Pinot Gris this wine is neither red, white or orange or all of them?!
Good thing is that the wine is easier to drink than to explain, but the story behind it is worth dwelling on. But that’s one for the Bar tonight 18:00-24:00…
PS: Boutique is closed today as is crossing physical boards visiting friends in Auvergne. Emil the other kingpin of .wine will tell the stories tonight.

Big board oLife in the Bar is to always know what to sell in the Boutique. Cause we can taste & follow the bottle in Service. How it develops. How guests react to it. How we feel about it & you know. How much we enjoy the wine right now. Something that we can’t do when you pick up a bottle in the Boutique. But something we just need to know when you ask about any bottle we have on the shelf.
Life in the Bar, It’s not a hard job, if a job at all. It’s a pleasure. Cause as a famous baker in Jura once said: Wine will never be better than the Company. That’s why we love to taste the wine in YOUR company…

Yesterday we had the pleasure of Friends & Industry Friends from Back Home in Faroe Islands occupying the Boutique for a Improv Tasting & Hygge! It’s was a lot of fun.
