With this wh***ey, New Riff Distilling from Newport sets a clear statement for transparency and craft integrity. It adheres to the strict Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, guaranteeing distillation within a single season as well as aging in a federally bonded warehouse. Featuring a high-rye mash bill of 30%, it gains an exceptionally spicy foundation, retaining its full texture thanks to the traditional sour mash process and non-chill filtration.

The nose unfolds an inviting interplay of buttery caramel and vanilla, underscored by subtle oak and dark berries. On the palate, this full-bodied and complex bourbon presents itself at a powerful 100 proof (50% ABV), where notes of cinnamon and clove meet a vibrant touch of mint. The finish is remarkably long and characterized by an elegant dryness, in which spicy cedarwood and berry jam fade harmoniously.

Nose: Inviting notes of caramel and vanilla blend with the spicy character of rye and oak. Dark berries, along with nuances of clove and white pepper, lend fine depth to the bouquet.

Palate: On the palate, the bourbon proves powerful with hints of vanilla, caramel, and berry fruit. A vibrant texture of cinnamon, clove, and pepper is elegantly balanced by a crisp mint note and structured dry oak.

Finish: The long-lasting finish emphasizes spicy oak and bold pepper. A lingering berry sweetness rounds off the harmonious end with an agreeable dryness.

Founded in 1985, the Mars Komagatake Distillery celebrates its 40th anniversary with an exceptional assemblage. This single malt combines hand-selected stocks from the 1980s, 1990s, 2010s, and 2020s—deliberately skipping the 2000s, during which the distillery was silent. Maturation took place in a complex blend of Bourbon casks, Sherry casks, and American White Oak, imparting immense historical depth to the spirit.

In the glass, the wh**ky displays a warm, inviting honey hue. The bouquet opens with ripe apricots and juicy melon, subtly balanced by vanilla and a touch of agave nectar. On the palate, a dense texture unfolds with notes of sweet raisins, toasted almonds, and a hint of dark chocolate, while the 50.0% ABV provides a powerful yet harmonious presence. Non-chill filtered, the natural oils and full aromatic complexity are preserved through to the long, creamy-sweet finish.

Nose: A fruity interplay of ripe apricot and juicy melon unfolds on the nose, carried by the delicate sweetness of agave. Soft vanilla and subtle oak nuances lend a refined structure to the bouquet.

Palate: The mouthfeel impresses with dense notes of raisins and the creamy character of chestnuts, complemented by finely roasted almonds. A subtle touch of cinnamon spice and hints of dark chocolate give the profile remarkable depth.

Foursquare Penultimus

In the heart of Barbados, the Foursquare Distillery combines distillates from the traditional copper double retort pot still and the modern twin column still for this single blended rum. The fifteen-year maturation took place in a combination of classic ex-bourbon casks and characterful ex-Moscatel casks. This marriage of two worlds gives the distillate—bottled in December 2025—its distinctive structure and the house's typical authenticity, without the addition of coloring.

On the nose, a dense bouquet of ripe dates and raisins unfolds, underscored by dark chocolate and the subtle sweetness of Moscatel grapes. On the palate, the Penultimus proves remarkably well-balanced at a powerful 57.0% ABV: here, caramel and honey meet exotic notes of pineapple and melon. The roasted oak is present yet perfectly integrated, while a pinch of baking spices provides additional complexity.

Aroma: Dark dates and raisins form a dense core, embraced by fine chocolate and the subtle sweetness of Moscatel grapes. Subtly underpinned vanilla rounds off the bouquet with additional finesse.

Palate: Tropical nuances of pineapple and melon meet a silky vanilla structure. The distinctive spice of the oak and the fruity depth of the grapes lend the body a harmonious balance.

Finish: A persistent finish characterized by characterful oak and a finely proportioned peppery heat. The spicy elegance unfolds long-lastingly and with precision.

Exclusive Anniversary Bottling: Celebrating the 50th anniversary of import partners Kirsch and The Nectar, this single malt unites true craftsmanship with tradition. Distilled in 2016, this Clynelish matured for a full decade in carefully selected casks. Bottled in its natural state in 2026 under the expert guidance of Signatory Vintage—non-chill filtered and with no added color—it reveals the full, unadulterated flavor of the finest malted barley.

Palate: Creamy honey and fine vanilla on a malty foundation, balanced by a distinct maritime saltiness and a delicate peppery spice with rich depth.

Finish: Long-lasting and dry; featuring notes of pleasantly tart citrus zest, lingering sea salt, and a subtle oak spice in the aftertaste.

Since 1836, Glenfarclas in Ballindalloch has remained firmly in the hands of the Grant family, now spanning five generations. This Single Malt is a tribute to uncompromising craftsmanship, acquiring its remarkably robust and full-bodied character through the consistent use of direct-fired stills. For this edition, hand-selected sherry casks from five different decades—patiently matured in Speyside's traditional, cool dunnage warehouses—were married together.

The wh**ky exhibits a noble mahogany color, hinting at its immense cask intensity without the use of added coloring. The nose is greeted by a deep sherry sweetness reminiscent of raisins and figs, while the palate offers an impressive melange of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and dried apricots. The strength of 51.4% ABV—equivalent to exactly 90 British Proof—carries the flavors with precision and authenticity, as it has not been chill-filtered.

Nose: Deep sherry notes meld with the richness of dried raisins and figs, while a subtle hint of green apple provides a fine balance.

Destilliert im Herzen Glasgows und acht lahre lang in Oloroso-Sherryfässern gereift, bietet diese Small-Batch-Abfüllung einen ersten Eindruck des Stils und Charakters, der die zukünftigen Wh**kys mit Altersangabe von The Clydeside prägen wird.Während wir unsere Fassbestände für zukünftige Abfüllungen weiter aufbauen, wurde diese limitierte Edition nur mit 2100 Flaschen aufgelegt.

Distilled on October 30, 2008, at the traditional Longmorn Distillery, this wh**ky spent its entire maturation period in a First Fill Oloroso Butt. For its "Highland Laird" series, the independent bottler Bartels Wh**ky selected a single cask to present its unadulterated character in its purest form. Limited to just 455 bottles and crafted without chill-filtration or added coloring, the soul of the malted barley and the influence of the Spanish fortified w**e remain fully intact.

On the nose, an intense melange of ripe raisins, roasted walnuts, and the signature sweet aroma of Oloroso sherry unfolds. On the palate, the malt is full-bodied and powerful, featuring notes of cinnamon, cloves, and a subtle touch of orange peel, supported by a natural cask strength of 53.1% ABV. The finish is remarkably long-lasting, leaving elegant nuances of coffee and dark chocolate on the palate.

Nose: The nose reveals intense notes of raisins and walnut, elegantly underscored by fine chocolate.

Palate: The palate impresses with a spicy liaison of cinnamon and clove, accompanied by dry oak and a fruity hint of orange.

This 19-year-old single malt from Glen Moray enjoyed a refining finish in an Amoroso sherry hogshead. An exceptionally opulent Speyside malt, rich in notes of fine nougat, honeyed malt, and colorful fruit candies—presented as part of the independent Living Souls collection.

Nose: The nose reveals an inviting interplay of ripe fruit compote, creamy nougat, and a subtle touch of beeswax. This first impression is underscored by a warm, enticing sherry sweetness.

Palate: On the palate, this dram is full-bodied and rich. Notes of heather honey merge with colorful fruit drops and the dark sweetness of maple syrup. The flavor profile is carried by a distinct, sweet sherry character.

Finish: The finish is light and remarkably elegant. It leaves a comfortably warm feeling and a long-lasting, pleasant sweetness.

With his The GlenAllachie 19 y.o. Ex-Solera Sherry Cask Matured, Billy Walker dedicates himself to a cask type that is rarely discussed in the context of wh**ky. For this rarity from the "Masters of Wood" series, he selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks that were previously used in the traditional Spanish Solera system for over 55 years.

Through the continuous blending of young and old sherries over decades, these casks develop a character that imparts exceptionally rich flavors to the GlenAllachie spirit. For the 19 y.o., this translates to lush, velvety aromas of plum syrup, black cherries, mocha, warm heather honey, cinnamon, and rich cocoa.

At the same time, the long-matured casks lend a gentler oak influence, fostering an elegant, multi-layered profile where oak and spirit interact in remarkable harmony.

The result? A wh**ky shaped not only by 19 years of maturation, but by the very history held within the casks themselves.

Nose: Brandy-steeped plum, intense mocha, and honeycomb, alongside notes of caramel, treacle tart, and rich cocoa.

Palate: Plum syrup, treacle, and warmed heather honey, followed by black cherries, mocha, and brandy-steeped orchard fruits, with candied ginger and cinnamon.
