Made in Italy wurde geboren aus Leidenschaft – und Liebe: Der Leidenschaft des Gründers Dino Savaia für guten Wein, und der Liebe für sein Herkunftsland und dem Boden auf dem guter Wein gedeiht. Dino Savaia kennt als gebürtiger Sizilianer die reichen Gaben der Sonne und die Fruchtbarkeit der Ländereien seiner Insel. Von seiner Familie, traditionell seit vielen Generationen im Landbau tätig, hat er

die tiefe Verbundenheit mit dem Terroir erlernt, den Wert gründlicher Arbeit und die Wichtigkeit der kleinen Details zu schätzen gelernt. Nach vieljähriger Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und im Weinbereich, hat er seine Erkenntnisse nach Berlin gebracht und sein eigenes Unternehmen gegründet. Dabei war es im wichtig, seine eigene Erfahrungen an seine Kunden wiedergeben zu können. Durch die angebotene Produkte will Made in Italy eine Geschichte erzählen: die Geschichte des Terroirs, der Rebsorten, der Winzer, der unzähligen Talente und Anstrengungen die nötig sind, um eine einzelne Flasche ausgezeichneten Wein zu produzieren. Gleichzeitig gehört es zu unserer Philosophie, unsere Weine zum bestmöglichen Preis anzubieten: Denn Wein steht für Lebensfreude, Liebe und Freundschaft, und diese soll man teilen können!
