🏋🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️ THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP 🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️🏋

Berlin Beer Week has been utterly amazing this week. So many of you stopped by to catch a glimpse of our team of Oompa Loompas (or as some people call them, brewers) hard at work making delicious, hop filled treats to delight your thirsty little mouths. We made some great new friends including Olaf who drove all the way from the Baltic Sea to be with us. As always we thank each and every one of you for stopping by and supporting us.

We also released a brand new beer, MUSCLE MEMORY.

Muscle Memory is a terrifically tropical little IPA that we dry hopped with Citra, Nelson & Peacherine. Mango, peach, gooseberry & lime zest dominate the palate followed by a surprisingly dank and earthy finish. It's sticky with an unctuous, velvety mouth feel.

📸📸📸 THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP 📸📸📸

Hello Friends of Fuerst Wiacek! 2 freshly brewed beauties for you this week for your tasting pleasure.

Skip Intro DDH DIPA makes it's triumphant return. Dry hopped with Rakau, Motueka & Citra this big, bold, baddie of a beer was one of our best selling and best reviewed beers of last year.

This week's brand new Long Exposure DDH IPA beer utilises one of our favourite hops of last year, Nelson Bliss which combines early and late harvest Nelson into one, punchy pellet of sublime flavour. We paired it with our fresh, select Citra and BLAM! punchy notes of citrus, green grape, lime zest and of course, that beautiful, Sauvignon finish.

🌞🌞🌞 B*W: SPÄTI SPECIAL 🌞🌞🌞

This year's Berlin Beer Week officially kicks off this Friday. There are brews cruises, tap takeovers aplenty and we have some pretty great events at the brewery this year too!

To end our beer week in style we'll be hosting a SPÄTI SPECIAL where we expand our tap capacity to 4 different FW beers, play some good music and bring in some friends to serve you some delicious eats. Who are those friends I hear you ask, well, after their sellout success at our 5th Birthday Bash we've invited back our buddies at El Amigo Tacos who will be bringing their incredible, authentic and definitely delicious tacos!

What could be better than that? Beer, tacos and tunes, about as good as it gets in our opinion. So we'll be seeing you there then!

✈️😴✈️ THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP ✈️😴✈️

This week there are 3 banging brews for you to choose from.

Airplane Mode DDH IPA dry hopped with Citra & Amarillo and bringing bags and bags of citrus heavy hoppiness.

Snooze IPA is a rebrew of one of last year's highlights, it's dry hopped with Citra, Nectaron & Krush. Expect bright, juicy pineapple, passion fruit, peach backed up by a 24 piece orchestra of tangy citrus.

Whistles West Coast IPA is an absolute FW classic. A thoroughly modern West Coast with notes of bubblegum, soft florals, pine resin and a chewy, oily bitterness.

🍺🍺🍺 BERLIN BEER WEEK 2026 🍺🍺🍺

It's that time of year again! That beautiful time when Berlin spends a whole, fantastic, hop filled week celebrating all things beer. It's BERLIN BEER WEEK 2026!

We love Berlin and obviously, we love beer so this is always a special time of year for us so we decided that for 2026 we go all out.

We're kicking things off on FRIDAY 28 AUGUST with a MEET THE BREWER session with our new friends from the Nether Netherlands, JOPEN. They're bringing specially selected samples of their eclectic mix of brews and I think I feel a collab coming on...

Next we're throwing open our brewery doors for you for one whole week (31 AUG - 04 SEPT) from between 13:00 - 17:00 so you can stop by and catch a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes during a typical production week at FW. We will also have brewers on hand to answer any questions or queries you might have about our processes or for brewing advice in general. The brewery shop will also be open in case you get thirty during your stay.

FINALLY - to finish off what will no doubt be another amazing B*W, we're having a SPÄTI SPECIAL on FRIDAY 04 SEPTEMBER featuring 4 beers on tap, music and more!

🤘💃🫈 THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP 🫈💃🤘

FOUR!!! fresh servings of unfiltered, unpasteurised hop juice for you this week. 4 heavily hopped IPAs coming your way in a whirlwind of citrusy, piney, tropical taste.

We've rebrewed two of last year's most popular releases; the unapologetically bold Hard Lunch DDH IPA dry hopped with Citra, Nelson & Riwaka and the bright, tropical tasting Neon Anxiety DDH IPA dry hopped with Citra & Nectaron.

Talkie Walkie is also making it's annual return. This year's interation of this thoroughly modern, moderately bitter West Coast IPA comes chock full of Mosaic & Riwaka bringing berries and stone fruit to balance it's oily, resinous..ness.

Brand new this week is Phantom Edit DDH IPA dry hopped with Citra & Wakatu. Expect fresh lime zest, subtle tropical notes and citrus backed up with a mild vanilla creaminess.

We can’t be prouder to announce this collaboration - We have teamed up with FUERST WIACEK to bring you „CATACLYSMIC HAZE“!

The name of the beer, is obviously inspired by our strikingly similar song-title. It’s a DDH DIPA with 8,0%, ridden with disease (and hops).

We will also be celebrating the vinyl re-release of our first album. To top off the unholy gathering, we have invited Berlin’s thrash-commando Significance Thrash to join us for a short but hard hitting set.

We‘ll be blasting some tunes at Wiacek‘s Späti. Entrance is free and beer is on tap from the afternoon omwards, so join us on the beer-benches in the sun, crank some Bolt Thrower and let’s empty those kegs!

🌮🌮🌮 BIRTHDAY BASH FOOD PARTNER 🌮🌮🌮

For this years Bash we are proud to partner up with our new friends El Amigo Taqueria. You might have had chance to taste some of their incredible tacos at their original spot or at the newly opened spot in Kerb Berlin. Expect juicy birria, succulent Al Pastor, incredible vegan and veggie alternatives and a whole selection of incredible salsas to really turn up the heat!

We can't wait to join you guys in smashing a few plates of these tasty little tortilla treats. They're going to pair so bloody well with our birthday collabs!

😭😭😭 COLLABS DELAYED 😭😭😭

We're very sad to announce that we need to delay the release of more of our collabs...the beers are genuinely so hoppy that they just keep getting stuck in the pipes of our canning line...

In order to deliver you the freshest beers possible we always try to package our beers the day they're released which usually works out OK but unfortunately, these collabs are hop monsters that refuse to leave the safety of their fermenters. We can't give you a secure new date until we figure out exactly what to do so keep watching this space for updates...

SOME GOOD NEWS!

We have managed to package PARELLEL LIVES a brand new DDH IPA brewed with our properly good friends, SOMA and the one you've been waiting for, HOPSICLE DDH DIPA with VERDANT.

Both of these beers are available for our online store OR you are welcome to wait until the full range becomes available as there are bundles on the way!
