⚙️⚙️⚙️ THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP ⚙️⚙️⚙️

Another banger of a release week for you guys! Three very different beers to tickle and tantalise your taste buds.

First up we've got BORROWED LIGHT which is dry hopped with Citra & Manilita. It's juicy, thick and full flavoured. This beer unfolds itself into your mouth with intense citrus fruits, soft florals and chewy fruit gummies. Manilita is definitely a new favourite.

Next we got 2 retuned, revamped returning classics; ABSTRACT BIRTHDAY & NIMBLE.

Abstract Birthday comes with a brand new hop bill of El Dorado, Riwaka & Peacherine delivering a beautifully soft and well rounded beer. There's peaches and cream, tropical fruit salad and bright floral notes. A real gentle giant.

Our big on taste but low on alcohol favourite Nimble has also been fine tuned and comes with a complex and vinuos whack of Nelson on top of the usual Citra & Mosaic to create an unexpected, full frontal hop explosion and at 3.5% you can't get better than that!

🍊🍑🍋‍🟩 NELSON KRUSH '26 🍋‍🟩🍑🍊

Last week was a KERAZEEEE week for fresh brews! 5 hoppy little bangers, 1 for every day of the week but 1 stands as a giant among them, a colossus whose walking shade other brews shelter under...NELSON KRUSH

This year we went all out, pedal to the metal, balls to the wall to create a hop filled fist to the face. We crammed in 30g of Nelson and Krush into every litre of this monster beer to ensure total saturation of every beery little molecule. The result speaks for itself...a total Hopocalypse!

There's lime, kiwi, gooseberries, bunches and bunches of bitter, green grapes and a whole islands worth of tropical fruit. It's so thick you could stand a spoon in it, in fact, it's not a beer anymore, it's a gravy made from hops. Pour it on your mash potatoes and enjoy!

🍽 FW x Le Fond Fine Dining Evening 🍽

This year we celebrate the 5th Birthday of our brewery in Spandau, Berlin. To properly toast this milestone we will be hosting a few events culminating in a BIG PARTY (details to be announced) at the brewery. We wanted to do things differently this year by hosting a special fine dining event and that's where our new friend, chef and hot sauce afficianado Karol Wojciechowsk comes in.

Karol cut his teeth cooking in various high end restaurants from London to Berlin. He cooks amazing, French-inspired dishes to delight the senses and also makes his own delicious but dangerous hot sauces. He has devised a sensational 4 course, fine dining menu (see below) for this event which will be paired to perfection with 4 of our beers.

The cost of this event is 90€ per person and is open for 20 people. It will take place on Thursday 28th May and food will be served in the heart of our brewery where you can hear the clicks and clangs of our fresh beers as they ferment.

This night is a truly special way to celebrate with us so please book early to avoid disappointment.

We can't wait to host you for what promises to be truly special evening.

Who says the week starts on Monday? Time is just a construct created by humans to bend and shape in whichever way we see fit...so, with that said, here is the first of our new, BEEER OF THE WEEEEEK offers!

Every Friday we will announce a new BEER OF THE WEEK chosen by one of our team. That beer will then have 10% off in our online store and in our Späti for 7 days until we choose our next BEER OF THE WEEK.

This week's beer was chosen by none other than me, Andrew as I came up with the idea so I should clearly have the honour of choosing the first brew. I've chosen an absolute belter for you guys, this week the beer is our deliciously orangey DDH DIPA, HAWT! Stacked to the absolute t**s with Simcoe and Mosaic this thick and juicy slab of hop heavy happiness is utterly saturated with the flavours of Floride oranges

We've got some absolute killer brews for you this week with not one but two Returning Favourites (including one that is a true blast from the past) and a brand new, fuzzy little fruit bomb that is sure to smack you around the chops with the juiciest hops, in the best possible way.

First up, we've got this week's brand new brew, It's All Wavy - A DDH IPA that packs a properly fuzzy peachy punch. Dry hopped with Citra, Peacharine & Riwaka, this is one JUICY little banger.

Our two Returning Favourites are the citrus soaked, tropical tsumani; Weird Weekend IPA and Hawt DDH DIPA (rebrewed for the first time since 2024!) which comes fully loaded with an avalanche of Simcoe & Mosaic creating a force 5 hurricane of hoppy havoc that is swirling with juicy, citrusy, fruit flavour.

No experimental hops this week just back to basics with 2 hard hitting, hoppy heavyweights.

Hot off the presses we've got Please Hold a brand new IPA lightly dry hopped with Mosaic & Galaxy for a more balanced and restrained hop profile. An easy drinking, juicy little number.

This week's Returning Classic is none other than Shalala a DDH IPA that comes packed to rafters with bags and bags of Citra, Krush & Nelson. Big, bright and bold hop flavours; the perfect contrast to Please Hold.

🍺 6.8% DDH IPA - Dry hopped with HBC 1183 & Citra

Straight out of Yakima: HBC 1183 — a brand-new experimental hop from the YCH FWD program. Still deep in trials, barely out in the wild.

Flavor goes all in: bright citrus, crushed berries, floral edges, a touch of wood, and flashes of tropical.

Inside info: Back in 2024, Lukasz was out in Yakima walking experimental fields and immediately flagged HBC 1183 as “this is it.”
