🌜🌕🌛 IT'S HERE: NEW MOON! 🌜🌕🌛

Our hop saturdated monster collab with the clever people at Eggers Hops. This b**r has been months in the making since we found out we were one of the breweries Eggers would be sending this magical Nelson variety too.

The hops were harvested during the new moon back in March (more posts will follow about this magical idea) and their crazy aromatics have really made this b**r shine.

DO NOT MISS IT!

Keep watching this space or sign up to our newsletter for updates. THIS IS A BANGER!

🌓🐯🌝 THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP 🌝🐯🌓

A hat-trick of hoppiness was coming your way this week with 3 fresh new brews to quench your thirst for flavour, however we have been foiled in our plans by a late delivery of labels so our stellar new West Coast Pilsner, Casual Friday has been postponed. So, only 2 b**rs this week now. Don't be sad though, they're pretty f**king good!

First up is Half Light a brand new IPA dry hopped with Citra, Hallertau Blanc & Nelson. Expect bright citrus notes, tangy tropical tastes and a pronounced white w**e edge.

Second it's only bloody METZ DDH IPA. Literally one of our most favoured and revered IPAs. It's dry hopped with the classic combo of Citra, Mosaic & Columbus and it DELIVERS on huge hoppy flavours. Juicy fresh orange and lemony bitterness fill the mouth with some gentle notes of fresh green grapes and mint. It's a legend for a reason.

Both these proper bangers are available RIGHT NOW from our online store or why not stop by the brewery this Friday and grab them fresh from the fridge!

Keep watching this space for more info on Casual Friday and we might have one more surprise up our sleeve for the weekend...

Stay Cool. Drink Fresh.

🌾🌿 WE LOVE CITRA 🌿🌾

Lukasz recently got back from this years hop selection in Oregan after selecting the Citra & Mosaic we will utilise in next year's brews. To mark the occasion we decided to brew two Citra bangers to remind us just how good this year's batch really was and to get us excited for what's to come.

SPACE JELLY is a double dry-hopped Citra celebration. I literally googled Citra hop profile and the flavours are absolutely text book. Grapefruit ✔️, lime ✔️, tropical fruits ✔️ and orange zest ✔️. If you want to get to know this king among hops then this b**r is the education you need.

DELETED SCENES is Citra squared. It's the taste of Citra folded into it's self. It's the golden ratio of Citra. The classic flavours mentioned above are all present and correct but MORE, much more. It's like when you're listening to an amazing song and you turn it up loud and it gets even more amazing. This is Citra at full volume with the top down and sunglasses on.

Grab both of these Citra celebration b**rs RIGHT NOW from our online store or why not stop by the brewery this Friday and grab them fresh from the fridge!

Stay Cool. Love Citra.

🌼🌸🏵 THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP 🏵🌸🌼

This week's new b**r is a real showcase of our select Citra. We packed as much as we could into it, in fact it's so hop heavy, we're currently struggling to get it packaged as it's clogging up every pipe and valve on our canning line! Deleted Scenes DDH DIPA is a monster! Blindly bright citrus, dazzling lime zest and a bold, bitter, grapefruit finish. It's thick, dry and sticks to your teeth. Citra baby!

Our second b**r this week is a classic collab with our friends Beak Brewery from leafy Lewes in the South East of England. Sonnets DDH IPA is a beautifully complex b**r. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Loral & Sabro it's beautifully light and creamy with fresh strawberries, summer fruits, light citrus and a creamy, coconutty finish (Thanks Sabro!).

Both these killer fresh new b**rs are available RIGHT NOW from our online store OR why not stop by this Friday and grab them fresh from the fridge!

Stay Cool. Drink Fresh.

🎬📽🖥 DELETED SCENES DDH DIPA 🖥📽🎬

I'm speaking as an individual right now and these opinions are in no way prompted by Fuerst Wiacek but WOW! What a b**r! It's juicy, it's thick, it's refreshing, it's a total tsunami of citrus and I am so so excited for you to try it! Anyway, back to being a brand guy...(thanks for indulging me)

This week's new b**r is a real showcase of our select Citra. We packed as much of our favourite, go-to hop as we could into it, in fact it's so hop heavy, we strugged to get it packaged as it clogged up every pipe and valve on our canning line! Deleted Scenes DDH DIPA is a monster! Blindly bright citrus, dazzling lime zest and a bold, bitter, grapefruit finish. It's thick, dry and sticks to your teeth. Citra baby!

This b**r along with it's other bonfide banger of a brother is available RIGHT NOW from our online store or why not stop by this Friday and grab a fresh one from the fridge and chat with me (your best friend Andrew) about how f**KING delicious it is!

Space Jelly DDH IPA makes it's yearly return. It's a proper fan and team favourite coming in loaded with our select Citra and nothing else. It's the perfect showcase for this years crop.

Don't Get Hit By Lightning DDH IPA is another old school twosome, featuring Mosaic & Columbus. It's a delightfully complex combo.

Finally there's Flex Zone DDH IPA with Citra, Nelson & Waimea surfing in on a tsunami of tropical tanginess.

🏋🏋‍♂️🏋‍♀️ THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP 🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️🏋

Berlin B**r Week has been utterly amazing this week. So many of you stopped by to catch a glimpse of our team of Oompa Loompas (or as some people call them, brewers) hard at work making delicious, hop filled treats to delight your thirsty little mouths. We made some great new friends including Olaf who drove all the way from the Baltic Sea to be with us. As always we thank each and every one of you for stopping by and supporting us.

We also released a brand new b**r, MUSCLE MEMORY.

Muscle Memory is a terrifically tropical little IPA that we dry hopped with Citra, Nelson & Peacherine. Mango, peach, gooseberry & lime zest dominate the palate followed by a surprisingly dank and earthy finish. It's sticky with an unctuous, velvety mouth feel.

This b**r along with the rest of our current selection are available RIGHT NOW from our online store or why not stop by on Friday and grab one fresh from the fridge.

Stay Cool. Drink Fresh.

📸📸📸 THIS WEEK'S FRESH DROP 📸📸📸

Hello Friends of Fuerst Wiacek! 2 freshly brewed beauties for you this week for your tasting pleasure.

Skip Intro DDH DIPA makes it's triumphant return. Dry hopped with Rakau, Motueka & Citra this big, bold, baddie of a b**r was one of our best selling and best reviewed b**rs of last year.

This week's brand new Long Exposure DDH IPA b**r utilises one of our favourite hops of last year, Nelson Bliss which combines early and late harvest Nelson into one, punchy pellet of sublime flavour. We paired it with our fresh, select Citra and BLAM! punchy notes of citrus, green grape, lime zest and of course, that beautiful, Sauvignon finish.

Both these bangers are available RIGHT NOW from our online store or why not stop by this Friday and try some delicious b**rs from our new friends Jopen bier
and enjoy these hoppy delights fresh and direct from our brewery fridge.

🌞🌞🌞 B*W: SPÄTI SPECIAL 🌞🌞🌞

This year's Berlin B**r Week officially kicks off this Friday. There are brews cruises, tap takeovers aplenty and we have some pretty great events at the brewery this year too!

To end our b**r week in style we'll be hosting a SPÄTI SPECIAL where we expand our tap capacity to 4 different FW b**rs, play some good music and bring in some friends to serve you some delicious eats. Who are those friends I hear you ask, well, after their sellout success at our 5th Birthday Bash we've invited back our buddies at El Amigo Tacos who will be bringing their incredible, authentic and definitely delicious tacos!

What could be better than that? B**r, tacos and tunes, about as good as it gets in our opinion. So we'll be seeing you there then!
