Wine Tasting with Martinez Polo Wines - Boutique High-Altitude Wines of Cyprus

Join us for an exclusive evening dedicated to the wines of Spanish winemaker Santiago Martínez Polo, a boutique producer crafting expressive wines from carefully selected high-altitude vineyards across Cyprus.

This guided tasting will explore the philosophy of minimal intervention winemaking, indigenous & international varieties, and the discovery of what the winemaker calls “magical vineyards” — rare sites that consistently produce extraordinary fruit.

Expect wines defined by Mediterranean identity, precision, and authenticity, produced in very limited quantities.

🍷 Sauvignon Blanc: Our new limited edition Sauvignon Blanc 2023 from our vineyards at 1250m altitude. A fresh wine with very intense passion fruit, lychee and mango aromas!

🍷 Assyrtiko: A beautifully balanced white wine with a bright acidity mineral undertones and citrus notes that make it perfect for pairing with light dishes or seafood. This wine highlights the versatility and elegance of the Assyrtiko grape.

🍷 Shiraz & Malbec: A bold and structured blend combining the spice and richness of Shiraz with the velvety texture and dark fruit flavours of Malbec. A perfect red for the cooler season.

🍷 Yiannoudi: This full-bodied wine is aged in French oak barrels for 14 months offering rich dark fruit aromas a hint of spice and a smooth lasting finish.
