Dear friends,

Join us for ''A Taste of the Americas'' night. W**es & flavors with a Latin twist on Wednesday, September 16th at 19:30!

We have joined forces with EAT Exploring Alimentation to create a w**e pairing night for you! The evening will start with a tasting of below w**es paired with Latin flavor bites by Chef Petros Yiangou.

Chardonnay, San Pedro 1865

- Fish Tostada croquet with Avocado mousse (white fish, potato, citruses, avocado, chili)

Sauvignon Blanc, San Pedro 1865

- Chicken Arepa with aji verde (chicken, avocado, pickled red onion, lime, cilantro, green chili, garlic)

Malbec Reservado, Phebus

- Pepito slider with salsa rosada (brioche, beef patty, caramelised onions, roasted peppers, cheddar, cumin)

The cost of the tasting will be at 25.00€ per person.

After the tasting, the w**es will also be available by the glass at 6.00€ or... just get a bottle at 22.00€.

And if you are still hungry, Chef Petros Yiangou will be prepared... with portion size (3 x any combination) at 10.00€.

Starting from this week the shop returns to our normal hours and will be open:

Saturday

Dear friends,

We are getting ready to start our W**e World Tour!

The ‘’tour’’ will take place at Novinophobia every Friday afternoon from October onwards. For each w**e country we ‘’visit’’, we will need 2 sessions (1 for white & 1 for red) of 4 w**es each, with platters to share and water.

In order to cover the w**e world we will need 4 sessions per month, every Friday, from October to March (we do not host events in December due to the Christmas season).

There will be a total of 20 sessions with 4 w**es each session, so we will taste a total of 80 w**es from all over the world by the end of the season!

There will be 1 group each Friday 19:00-20:30 (in Greek) indoors and will include the w**es of course, as well as platters and water bottles. Due to limited seats a priority of first come first served will be held.

At the end of the ‘’Tour’’ there will be 1 additional ‘’Blind Tasting’’ session with a flight of 6 w**es at the cost of 30.00€ per person.

The cost for those who would like to secure a seat throughout the season and pre-pay the 5 months is 350.00€ including the ‘’Blind Tasting’’ session free of charge!

If you prefer to pay monthly the cost will be 75.00€ per month (4 sessions). In order to confirm your seat for each month payment is required by the 20th of the previous month in order to prepare accordingly.

The day will start at Sterna W**ery at 11:00 with a tasting of 6 of their limitted production w**es! The w**e flight:
